Mr McGuinness (principal) and Ms Murray (HSCL) from Blakestown Community School came to talk to the 5th & 6th class pupils today. They are welcoming everyone, including past pupils, to their OPEN NIGHT this Thursday 28th September 6pm - 8pm.
6th Class Parents reminder: For those wishing to receive the sacrament of Confirmation you must attend a meeting tomorrow in St. Philip the Apostle Church in Mountview at 7.30pm. You will need to being your registration from, a copy of your child's baptismal cert and €20 registration fee.

Ms. Gleeson's 6th Class are off to Draíócht Theatre on Friday. They will be going to see the play Grey Matter. You can read more about it at this link https://www.draiocht.ie/whats-on/grey-matter We hope they have a great time and know they will represent our school proudly.

A big céad míle fáilte to Ms Kuchar who has joined our staff. She will be teaching 3rd class and Mr. Henderson will return to the SET team.
4th & 5th classes begin their swimming lessons next week beginning Tuesday 19th. How lucky are they!
Reminder that all pupils must have a small handtowel in their schoolbags to use after handwashing.
Homework will resume for all classes on Monday 18th September.
