Ms. Byrnes's Class
Welcome to our 6th class page. It has been a busy first term all round. We have done lots of work on Nelson Mandela and found his whole life story very interesting. We also did some drawiing in art relating to Mandela.
We have been busy creating games and puzzles for maths week in our school. We will invite each of the classes down to our classroom to play them.
In P.E. we have been lucky enough to have a coach come to the school and teach us some rugby skills. We are also taking part in the marathon kids programme. This involves us building up our distance every few days and running a final mile in Santry Stadium - it's definitely keeping us fit! You can check out more here https://marathonkidsireland.ie/
